WAYS TO STAY

  • MEET
Little James

Welcoming you to the Ann is a casual yet elevated place for the perfect morning coffee, all-day fare, and a sophisticated serving of some of the city’s best cocktails. Little James is a playful homage to our city’s founder, General James Oglethorpe. Just a few blocks south, Ann Street meets Oglethorpe Avenue. We thought we’d bring them even closer together and name our establishment in honor of the figure whose name looms large across our city.

  • A Holistic Stay in the Hostess City

Make time for self-care, Savannah-style, at the Ann. Revel in the sunshine and fresh air in our private courtyard, lounge by the outdoor pool, or simply savor a quiet stroll through the shaded squares, beautiful gardens, and hidden gems of the Historic District. For the ultimate in luxury and relaxation, Savannah’s award-winning Sweet Water Spa is just five minutes away on nearby Broughton Street, where an extensive menu of treatments promise to quiet the mind and revitalize the spirit.

  • Lift. Stretch. Break a Sweat.

Located on our ground floor, the Ann’s expansive, guest-exclusive gym offers a convenient and inviting place to get your blood pumping. Spacious and fully equipped, with massive floor-to-ceiling windows and abundant natural light, it makes staying on top of your fitness routine a genuine delight.

  • Come on in, the Water’s Fine.

Across the road at 111 Ann Street, the vibrant outdoor pool and sun deck offers a welcoming oasis for guests and is included in the destination amenity fee. The idyllic courtyard setting is thoughtfully designed to foster social connection and relaxation. Stop by for a quick dip, or while away the afternoon on a lounge chair in the warm Savannah sunshine.
